HISTORY:
After a rough-ish childhood in a normal family turned dysfunctional, as soon as Raphael hit adulthood, he followed his brother into a gang. They were both normal thugs, but Raphael managed curry favor with the more influential people.

Meanwhile, his brother started messing up big time, incurring debts and becoming a liability to the gang. The gang leader asked Raphael to get rid of his brother. Raphael obliged but decided to quit the gang as well. After he killed his brother, he negotiated a deal with the Vuoto Family - if they protected him from the consequences of leaving the gang, he would sell out the entire gang and their supply sources.
